Returns

At iwearvouge, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items or cosmetics may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:

We’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Please note: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

You may return your product using one of the following methods:

  • Delivery Return: Mail your return to the same office address.
    Ensure your package includes your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within
10–15 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • Non-refundable items: Final sale products, promotional items, and gift cards.

An email confirmation will be sent once your refund is processed.
