Returns

At iwearvouge, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty, personal-use, or intimate items may not be eligible for return.

We’ll provide full return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Please note: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10–15 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • Non-refundable items: Final sale products, promotional items, gift cards, and selected hygiene-sensitive products.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.
