🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the following business day. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on Fridays or UAE public holidays.

Delivery Times & Costs

Same Day Delivery is available only within Dubai and select nearby areas, and only for orders placed before the courier’s same-day cut-off time.

All orders to Saudi Arabia ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — shipping is free, and all customs duties and import taxes are already included in the product price you pay at checkout. You won’t be charged anything extra by customs or the courier on delivery.

All orders to the United States ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — shipping is free, and all customs duties and import taxes are already included in the product price you pay at checkout. You won’t be charged anything extra by customs or the courier on delivery. Delivery times may still be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to customs processing.

We currently deliver to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may take longer than the estimate above, and some remote addresses may not be eligible for all courier services.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped to Saudi Arabia and the United States are sent under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. This means all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and government fees are calculated in advance and already included in the product price you pay at checkout.

You will not be asked to pay any additional customs, duty, or import tax charges when your order arrives — there are no surprise fees at your door or from the courier. If duties or taxes paid under DDP are ever found to be non-refundable by the destination country’s customs authority, this amount may be excluded from a refund on a returned item; our Refund & Returns Policy has full details.

Potential Shipping Delays & Issues

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and the following issues can occasionally affect your delivery time:

• Customs clearance delays (Saudi Arabia and USA orders) — international shipments can be held for inspection or documentation checks by customs authorities, which is outside our and the courier’s control.
• Incorrect or incomplete address information — please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout, as errors can delay or misroute your delivery.
• Peak season and high order volume — during sales events and holiday periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
• Weather and logistics disruptions — severe weather, flight cancellations, or regional logistics disruptions can delay courier networks.
• Remote or rural delivery areas — locations outside major cities may require additional transit time.
• Public holidays — orders are not processed or transported on UAE, Saudi, or U.S. public holidays observed by our courier partners.
• Failed delivery attempts — if a courier is unable to deliver (e.g., no one available to receive the package), a redelivery or pickup from a local depot may be required, which can add to the delivery time.
• Lost or damaged parcels — in the rare event a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly through our courier partners’ websites.
