All prices displayed on our website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

For online payments, the full order amount is charged at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.


2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

By selecting Cash on Delivery, you agree to the following terms:

  • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery.
  • You must be available at the provided delivery address during the delivery window.

  • Repeated COD refusals may lead to future order restrictions.

iwearvouge does not store, process, or have access to your card, wallet, or banking details at any time.


4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message containing your order details.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at support@iwearvouge.com.


5. Order Verification

To prevent fraudulent or fake orders, we may contact you via phone or email to verify order details before dispatch.


6. Payment Issues

If a payment is unsuccessful or incomplete:

  • The order may be delayed or cancelled.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) may still apply.
  • Multiple failed payments or COD refusals may result in account restrictions.

7. Fraud Prevention

iwearvouge reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is detected. This includes chargeback abuse, repeated COD refusals, or false delivery information.
